THE CHAIN METHOD

12 Sinew Meridians Explained in 60min

6 movement phases that show where to actually work.
A simple, repeatable protocol: movement → phase → meridian → correction → effect.

Who is it for?

Physiotherapists • Acupuncturists • Osteopaths • Physicians
(rehabilitation, orthopaedics, neurology) • Rehabilitation specialists

Why this method works

The Chain method is a complete diagnostic and therapy system based on analyzing 6 movement phases.
You do not analyse the symptom or the pain location, you observe movement. The body itself shows which phase of the sequence is disturbed and therefore which meridian requires balancing.

After the correction the patient immediately feels a change in range of movement.

What you gain:

• A clear, repeatable diagnostic procedure.
• Confidence in choosing the correct meridian without guessing.
• A treatment in up to 3 minutes – a ‘wow’ effect during the visit.
• Ability to work with needles or acupressure.
• Understanding of biomechanics and energetics in one system.

How it looks in practice

1. Observe the patient’s movement – guide them through the 6 movement phases.

2. Identify the disturbed phase – where limitation, tension or discomfort occurs.

3. Select the appropriate sinew meridian corresponding to that phase.

4. Apply the correction – stimulate 2 points (acupressure or acupuncture).

5. Check the effect – repeat the movement and observe the change. If the effect is insufficient, repeat the procedure analysing the next movement phase.
